Omega124 or Megan to friends (nicknamed Omega, Megs, and/or Megsy) is a CFC forumer and recovering IOTer. An "Old Guard" member who was one of the games' early belligerents and a frequent catalyst for wars between Mathalamus and Domination3000, she later developed a (much more cherished) reputation for political subterfuge, narrative roleplay, and a satirical militant feminism that became the basis for her own game, "FemIOT".[2] Omega quit IOT in January 2021, citing a deleterious chat culture.[3]

Omega was an early-ish contributor to DRAW Your Own Story 11, depicting herself as England from Angus McLeod's World War I comic.[4] She led an uprising in New York State against the Coruscantis, although she vanished after the first few comics and the plotline was generally ignored.[5]

Omega returned in DRAW Your Own Story 12, where she was pulled "outside the stream of space time" by a mysterious entity describing itself as an act of God. It told her she had a greater purpose than she realized, offering to return her to the realm of canonicity with a body that better fit her gender identity, if she helped the entity kill three plot-armored men.[6] Following a year-long flight to China, she began training with martial arts Master Jidu.[7]

Concurrent with her return to DYOS, Omega spearheaded the revival of Write Your Own Story alongside KaiserElectric. Her plotline focused on an eponymous pseudo-avatar conscripted into a secret order of magic-users to thwart a reality-destroying entity dubbed the Darkness.[8] The sequel thread, set in the Fallout universe, featured a fledgling story focused on Sister Zhonggou, a rebellious member of a Chinese-descended monastery in the American midwest.[9]
