Kim Jong-il was the dictator of North Korea, succeeding his father Kim Il-sung after the latter's death in 1994. In 2011, Kim Jong got ill and died in December, passing the country onto his own son, Kim Jong-un. Under his leadership, North Korea acquired, or is alleged to have acquired, nuclear weapons.
Kim Jong has made regular appearances since DRAW Your Own Story 1; he is really short, and incapable of pronouncing the letters L and R. Fear his WWII army.
